According to SAR, Sony will release a full-frame camera on November 19. At the same time, it is not ruled out that a new lens will be released (but the lens is not yet certain).

There is no confirmed information about the camera model. SAR himself speculates that it may be the successor of A1 or A74.

The Sony A1 was launched in March 2021, and Sony’s last full-frame camera was the Sony A9 III. The Sony A1 was supposed to be Sony's flagship full-frame camera, but it has now been surpassed by the Sony A9 III. Sony is likely trying to re-establish the flagship status of the 1 series by updating the A1II. If it is indeed the A1II, global shutter and continuous shooting speed are two foreseeable updates.
