Canon EOS R6 Mark III be released in March 2025

According to CR, Canon's new EOS R6 Mark III may be released as early as March 2025, and will not be released before the CP+ exhibition held in late February. This is mainly due to the strong market performance of EOS R5 Mark II and EOS R1, which is in short supply and leads to insufficient production capacity. However, it is still in line with the previous speculation that R6 III may be released in the first quarter of 2025.

Canon's new EOS R6 Mark III camera may be equipped with a 24-megapixel stacked image sensor, 30fps electronic shutter continuous shooting speed, rotating screen, 8.5-stop collaborative anti-shake, OLED screen, EVF is expected to increase pixels, support 6K30p and 4K60p Cinema RAW Light recording, CFB, SD dual card slots, full-size HDMI port, and may upgrade the cooling system.
